John's Story
Life
My first year out of highschool I attended Fullerton JC for one year then transfered to the University of Central Oklahoma (my fathers Alma Mater).I graduated Magna Cum Laude, majoring in Chemistry and biology,in 1964. I got married in the interum.In 1965 my first son was born. In 1966 I began graduate school at the University of Oklahoma.I received my Masters degree in Science in 1969.My second son was born during that "summer of love" in 1969. My family and I then transferred to Oklahoma State University where I started my doctorial program in geology.I continued that program until 1973. I didn't...Expand for more
finish my doctorate due to a job offer in New Jersey. I went to work for Wallace Laboratories and stayed with them for 20 years. I retired in 1993 and played golf for a year.I soon tired of golf and started teaching at Oklahoma City Community College until 2002.Retired Nov 2002.
Workplace
I taught school at Edmond Highschool 1964-66. StarSpencer 66-69, Douglas HS 69-73.Summer 1971 I was at East Central State University in Ada.I worked for Wallace Laboratories 1973-93.Oklahoma City Community College 1993-2002,NortheastHS 1995-98
