John's Story
Life
Hi, everyone from THS! After teaching music (orchestra) at THS for a few years. I decided to join the private job sector. While living in Trenton I kept active with my music carreer and played local clubs. In my group we had Paul Nagy (THS alumni) and worked occasionally with Judy Gibson (THS alumni). I moved from the Trenton area and have moved about quite a bit..Southeast to California.
For 21 years I lived in Chicago with my wife, Colleen, son, Sean, a cat, and a Cocker Spaniel. Recently we sold our Mechanical Contracting business in Chicago and moved permanently to our summer home in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our son, Sean, is a Clemson graduate and is a High School English teacher and is a defensive line varsity football coach & coaches wrestling during the football off season.
After retiring from the job market I decided to put all my life experiences to work! So I attended Coach...Expand for more
ville to become a certified coach. I graduated from The Graduate School of Coaching and have founded a Life/Transition & Executive Coaching Business and work with clients throughout the U.S. and Europe and just having a great time.

Just wanted to update my life. In Dec.,2006 I contacted a staph infection which attacked my spinal cord. After three major surgeries and months of physical therapy I came home in a wheelchair as a paraplegic. Our son, Sean, was married in June 2007, thank god I was able to see his wedding. I'm very fortunate that God gave me a second chance at life! I'm still coaching....but this time a very select group....people who a paraplegics and want to move on with lives!!
