John-Michael's Story

Life I was born and raised (pretty much uneventfully) in Amarillo, Texas, attending Avondale Elementary, Sam Houston Middle School and Tascosa High School. I spent two semesters at Amarillo College working on an AA in Radio/Television production, during which time I worked as "Mike Rose" on KACV-FM. During this time I ran back into my old girlfriend (Marcia Henke, class of 98) and we got married in late 99. Early 2000 saw the birth of our son Driian Wolfe. Things being what they were, I moved to Houston, Texas to look for work, during the search I completed a "crash course" in computer programming at the Quality Software Development Institute at Texas Southern University. of 02 my daughter Haven Melandra was born, and in April 02 I finally landed a full time job as a Security Sargeant. I spent the next 3 years doing that, and during THAT period of time entered San Jacinto College to obtain my AAS in Computer Information Systems, Applications Programmer Specialization. Currently I work as an Applications Developer for the worlds 2nd largest provider of Dealership Communications Systems, I serve on the San Jacinto Curriculum Advisory Committee, I am Vice President of the San Jacinto South Gaming Enterprise Guild, I am working on a secondary AAS in Game Design and Development and I am still happily married and raising two wonderful, bratty little kiddos.
