John's Story
It's been two years since my last update. I've been lucky enough to be married to Hillcrest grad Jane Petersen for 37 uears. We have two great daughters and 4 super grandkids (I don't believe we're that old!!). Our oldest daughter (Jennifer) is a mom and is teaching in the Crete area. Our youngest daughter (Kelly) is a mom, Girl Scout Leader and avid scrap booker. Each of them has two great kids. Jane's been a hair Dresser for many years with a loyal clientel.

Most recently I've been an engineer and operations manager at a communications equipment company in the south suburbs.
Jane and I have been lucky enough to do a lot of travel, both connected with my job and on our own.
Jane's discovered an artistic side that she had not tapped into before. I have added one of her first paintings in our photo album.
I've been active in bowling, golf, hockey (had to slow down on that one) and anything with an engine in it.
