John's Story
John's schools include Holy Trinity High School. Married in 1972, 41 years and counting. My wife, Pat, and I had three sons but lost our oldest to cancer in 2007. College degrees include an AA degree in Hotel Management, a BA in History and Secondary Education and a MA in Special Education. I have been living in Phoenix, Arizona since 1973 and for the past 10 years I have been a Special Education teacher at Mountain Trail Middle School in Phoenix. My interest include spending as much time as possible with my two grandkids, Kaelyn and Ryan. I also enjoy attending concerts and some bands I've seen recently include; B...Expand for more
oxer Rebellion, Poi Dog Pondering, Slim Cessna's Auto Club, Pin Back, Matt Costa, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Murder by Death The Virginmarys and many more. I also attend as many DCI shows as I can get to. If Pam Moore is still out there she would understand. My favorite authors include; Tim O'Brian, Sherman Alexi. Dee Brown, Jeff Shaara. Harper Lee, Kurt Vonnegut, Mark Helprin and James Lee Burke. My two favorite TV shows are Burn Notice and Dexter. One of my favorite quotes is " If God were alive today, He'd be an atheist" Kurt Vonnegut. I worked at being invisible in high school but a few of you might remember me.
