I have a consulting firm that specializes in community and organizational development working mostly with smaller cities throughout Oregon and southwest Washington. We are urban planners, city managers, strategic planners, facilitators, and organizational development specialists. My core profession is urban planning but I have also been a city manager. I love the consulting field as it gives the most flexibility and diversity of being in service. I also teach extensively in urban planning and civics.
