John Renwick:  

Life Hi! My name is John Renwick. My wife Brenda and I have lived in Williamsburg, Virginia since 2003. Prior to this, we lived in Gloucester, Virginia, where we were married in 1993. I have lived in Virginia since 1979 when I was in the U.S. Navy. I grew up in Southern California. I have three adult children from a previous marriage, Hannah, Tim, and Mary. Hannah is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Tim is in the U.S. Army. He served in Iraq during the entire year of 2006. Mary is a sophomore in college and lives in Radford. I have two adult stepdaughters, Melanie and Becky. Melanie and her husband have seven children. My work is a major focus of my life. I am an Assistant Superintendent of a power plant of a Pulp and Paper Company. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, biking, and sightseeing. One of my goals in life is to visit all 50 states. I have seven more to go. Politically, there is only one thing worse than a Republican, and that is a Democrat. I am a hard-core Libertarian. Spiritually, I have faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Everything else I am not interested in. Organized religion really turns me off.
