John's Story
Life
Having survived the 1960's intact, I moved to the west coast in 1972. After a year there, I moved to Houston to finish college (at University of Houston) which I had begun at OU. After graduating in 1975 I went out West again. I lived in sunny Los Angeles for most of the time, except for 3 years in San Francisco. After being diagnosed with diabetes in 1992, my life slowed down a bit. I retired in 1997 and moved to my birthplace of Purcell, OK near my family and old friends. I now spend my days in quiet semi-seclusion, enjoying my ever-continuing quest to learn all that I can before I die. I invite all my old friends--and perhaps some new ones--to contact me, I enjoy comparing notes on life. It truly is a fabulous journey, isn't it?
