John's Story
Let's See... Went to Virginia Tech.. Met a girl from Texas A&M online in an irc chat room.. wound up moving to Texas.. Tried to transfer to Texas A&M.. got screwed by Virginia Tech(thought that I was enrolled in their university twice.. so they held my transcripts).. Wound up going to Blinn College.. Got my Associates in Computer Network Engineering.
Fast forward to 2001.. got laid off.. Wound up moving back to Virginia with wife and kids.. Worked up the...Expand for more
re with an old college buddy for 4 years.. Just recently (4/2008) moved back down to Texas to work for Rackspace(large hosting company, rackspace.com).
Interesting factoids:
Will be married for 11 years this November
Have 2 children, Zoe (7 years old) and Xavier (5 years old)
Never officially attended Texas A&M but am in their yearbook 3 different times..
I do a ton of digital photography mainly of architecture, wildlife and nature scenes.
