John's Story
Life
After high school, I stayed at Burger King for six months. Then, I entered service in the Army;were I was in the intelligence field. Of my four years, I spent two in Germany and was on the border when the Berlin Wall came down. Returning home in 1990, I went to work and began my studies at SCCC. I earned my A.A.S. in Criminal Justice and transferred to the University at Albany, where I earned my Bachelor's and Master's in CRJ. sly listed events). Currently we reside in Glenville with our two daughters, Jade, who is 13 and Rayne who is 7. We also have Cider, a 5 month old Leonberger and a charcoal gray cat, Spooky!! I have been a Probation Officer for Schenectady County for almost 14 years. Currently, I supervise the domestic violence caseload,co-facilitate a domestic violence education class for batterers, belong to the County Take Force on Domestic Violence(CCR) and was an Adjunct Professor at SCCC. I am currently working at The Costumer on Central Avenue also. Yes, I still listen to metal, and not most of the new crap..LOL!!!
