but wishing I was in Hawaii which is my preferred winter location. Been there a few times but so far not this winter. Finally earned the RN but no jobs avbl for a new grad or perhaps it's because of my age. Still single but looking as the single life is not where I want to be at this stage of life. Many of you may know that my mother Dorothy K Brown passed this past summer in Moorhead Minnesota where she had been at Eventide Skilled Nursing for the past 5 years. she was 94 and had been a cook at Mercy Hospital (1966-1985?) and at the ELKS (1970?-1987?) besides having and raising 15 kids and outliving 2 husbands.
