John's Story
Life
Started working the day after the Lakewood High senior prom and worked my way up the ladder through the Industrial Engineering departments of the companies I worked for.
Had a couple of marriages that didn't work, but now have been married for 35+ years to the same wonderful lady that has always been able to put up with all of my s__t.
Have one son and (3)grand kids 13, 8, and 8. That's not a miss type, I took (4) years of typing at Lakewood, they are twins.
Accepted a promotion to Plant Superintendent, relocated to Kentucky in 1982 and would never go back up North. We still do not lock our cars even in the Wal-Mart parking l...Expand for more

Wanted to retire at 50 or 55 at the latest from my job at Eaton Axle(had enough Corporate BS from over educated morons that never worked in a factory or supervised regular folks). Fortunately, I was able financially to retire at 50 and have been having a ball with our his/hers shop, J.J.'s Collectibles, ever since. We sell sports cards and counted cross stitch worldwide via the I'Net.
