Life I went in an unexpected direction at Harvard. I discovered I really enjoyed broadcasting and wound up as a hockey announcer and station manager for WHRB-FM (95.3FM), the Harvard student station. I lucked into an internship at NBC in New York which resulted in a job at the end of Harvard. I spent 3.5 years in NYC in various financial capacities and later went out to Burbank, CA for a year and a half. Went back for my MBA at Columbia and hooked back into CBS. Although I spent 4 years handling the finances for their technical group, the real highlight was being part of CBS' senior management team for the 1998 Winter Olympics.
