John's Story

Life I am living near Asheville, NC with my wife, Rose. I am painting part time (see the pics)and working full time as a therapist specializing in Past Life Regression Therapy (visit ibrt.org)and Substance Abuse Treatment. I have three children: Sarah, 37 lives in Raleigh, Jamie, 33, married and lives in Fayetteville, NC, and John (the 3rd) lives near me and Rose and is 28 & engag...Expand for more
ed now. I fondly recall my elementary and Jr. High years at Urbanna and Saluda and feel a strong connection to the place, and that time of my life. It has been about 17 years since I visited the area, although my brother gets there for his Christchurch class reunion almost every year (Bev Williams, '62..also a Middlesaxon through 8th grade). Would love to hear from old classmates!

This weekend is the Studio Stroll in the River Arts District in Asheville with 150-200 studios open to the public....including mine! Come see what I've been painting lately at Studio #228 in the Riverview Station Building.
I will be showing 14 of my paintings at the Grateful Steps bookstore in Asheville this month. Reception 9/17 from 5:30 - 7:30. All are welcome!
