Jon's Story
Life
Life EH? Hmm. I don't have a chopper, but I do have a bike...and I DON'T wear leathers...well, not on my bike anyway.. ;)
I have a great job in Ottawa, a great group of friends, and an even greater girlfriend...who is also from Denne..go figure.
I'm a pretty simple guy, with pretty simple values. I love the country, and will always live here. Cities are nice, but not my speed I guess. I REALLY enjoy life, sometimes a little too much, but what the heck, I'm young right? I will do anything that has to do with the outdoors, or at least involves consuming a beer or two outdoors...and yes, drinking in the garage DOES count.
School
DENNE - I LOVED Denne. I didn't have a crush on anybody..ok, so that's not true, but there were too many girls to mention anyway. ;) Titus was my favorite teacher, and she taught me a lot. I loved Newmarket, and I miss it, and the people I knew there VERY much.
RCI - If I LOVED Denne, then I REALLY LOVED RCI. Highschool was a defining moment for me...a coming out party I guess. Renfrew made me who I am toda...Expand for more

College

Any school that gets featured in HUSTLER has GOT to be great...no? I learned A LOT about myself in university, and I would recommend NIP to anyone. Small schools don't get enough respect. If university taught me anything though, it would be how to balance life. I mean, why spend a month writing a 30 page paper, and get 80%, when you can spend one night, write a 5 pager, and get 75%? It's silly really. People need to take school LESS seriously, and grow as a PERSON...not just scholastically....and yes, I may have made that word up...SUE ME. :)
Workplace
Work. Hmm. A job is a job. you work, and they pay you money. Can it not be that simple? I LOVE my job. I'm not going to get rich, or even gain most people's respect, but I LOVE my job, and getting up at 5 AM every day to go to work is a major joy for me. I DARE you to find a person that loves their job more than I do...can anybody else say that? :) If you are ever in the Ottawa area, come see me...
