Life
Well.. The life of Jonathan Gary Lee, i was born June 16,1983 at west jersey hospital vorhees. son of Theresa Lee (pazdan) and Gary John Lee. Lived at 519 Leon Ave Delran.went to St. Casmir's for kindergarten. Father died December 1988. Moved to 3009 Bridgeboro Rd. Delran in 1989. I went to Aronson Bell for 1 year. (t-1) than beverly city school for 2 and went back to aronson bell for 3rd and 4th grade. We had to move to the middle school for 5th grade. went there to 8th grade. Then hello Highschool !! went there for 4 years. almost repeated junior year cuz i was sick and missed alot of days. Only had to repeat junior english because one teacher wouldnt pass me !!>0 anyway senior year was great !! i had great teachers. i moved in may of my senior year to palmyra. My mom lost her job and became ill. i had to support the family. (still am). senior trip to Disney World was unforgetable. we had sooo much fun .i graduated. The graduation ceremony was sooo sad. i cried. so did most of the people there. u see we lost a student. not by accident or od on drugs.. but by a deadly desease "leukemea" (probably not spelled right) it seems every year a student dies at the highschool. after graduation the following month i went to the BAHAMAS! ! i wasnt ready for college. no rush. i went to work i found a great job that i love. hopefully i will be able to join the military as a career.. if not i will be a firefighter/emt...
School
i started the world of eduaction at a pre-school in palmyra. it was in the Baptist church basement. then it was off to ST. CASMIRS. wow. catholic school sucked ! ! we had a grandparents day parade. i couldnt find my dance partner! she left me! i was so scared in front of all those people. i cried and ran for my mom. That year, my father died from a massive heart-attack. he was 37. the following year i went to Aronson bell for a special class called t-1. my kindergarten teacher thought that i wasnt ready for 1st grade. i went there i was bad. for the next 2 years i went to a special school and slowly bought up to a regular level. I then went back to Aronson Bell for 3rd and fourth grade. My 3rd grade teacher Mrs Brenner was kinda mean.. come to think of it now, she was just old fashioned. My 4th grade teacher was the best. She was the only teacher that worked with me and made me into a student. 5th grade was probably the worst year of my life. We had to goto the middle school for it. They were tearing down Aronson Bell. We had to mix with kids from the other delran elementary schools. Sadly enough i was teased alot in 5th grade.. i guess we all go through that sometime in our lives. Then middle school came. 6th grade everything was new. changing classes and stuff. 7th grade ws when i changed. i became crazy. all from one kid who noticed me. school for the first time. highschool was different. i remember the first pep rally we had.. when i walked in the upperclass was saying "freshmen, freshmen" and the beat of the drums sounded like we were walking into hell or something. i tried out for the bowling team but failed. its ok i did it for the free bowling games. sophmore year was uneventful. junior year.. i hated my english class. towards the end of the year i got very very sick. i had cluster headaches. my english teacher was the only teacher that didnt pass me due to my credits so the next year i had to repeat that class but with a different teacher ! senior year was great ! my english teacher for the junior class was the greatest! Mr.Speas. actually all my teachers senior year was great!! senior year was going perfect! then one day we got some horrible news. my friend ran up to me and said "a plane just hit the twin towers"! he was always joking about stuff so i didnt take it seriously. then i went home and saw the TV. come to find out 4 planes were hijacked ! the rest was history. later that year more bad news. a friend of mine died. i got the news in my junior english class. i was in shock. Timothy LeConey died from leukemia. i went home and cried. i didnt goto his funeral. i was too upset. then came the senior trip to disney world.. it was soo fun. i thought it wasnt gonna be because of the teachers and all the rules we had to follow. but we had a god time. Then came the prom. WHAT A NIGHT! i took my newly acquired g/f to it. that night when i was dropping off my friends' date, i backed up into a truck. $2000 of damage to a new hyundai accent. then after that, that monday my g/f broke up with me.. it was "a game" to her. she was immature i now understand that. Highschool flew by so fast.. i wish i soaked up all the fun. I didnt go into college like most classmates did. i kept on trying the military without success. I decided to join the cinnaminson fire dept. I went to mercer county fire academy. Now i am continuing my education through the fire dept. I hope to get a job with the department of defense.
Workplace
i had 2 jobs in 10th grade. i worked at my church after school and then went to work along the turnpike at Bob's Big Boy and Roy Rogers. i left my church job after 1 year cuz my boss left. stayed at big boys until my senior year. i then left it cuz school and work wasnt good together. i worked at ACME as a bagger for my co-op class. Then i went back to Big boy cuz my mom lost her job and got sick. i liked working at big boys. i was a cook, a dishwasher, cashier, host, roy roger cook, roy roger cashier, lot boy, bathroom attendant, and dining room cleaner for roy rogers. i stayed there until i found my current job at McLane. this is without a doubt the best job i ever had. Im making good money and living comfortbally. I am also a volunteer firefighter with the Cinnnaminson Fire Department. I am going to school to become a full time firefighter.
