Jonathan's Story
Life
Just got back from a month working in North Africa and a few weeks in London. What a trip!
I've also recently moved to paradise... St. Petersburg, Florida! I love it here! I'm addicted to my Sea-Doo RXP, work mostly from home. Single again too and loving it! I can be reached at jonathan dot connery at gmail dot com. :P
School
Oh boy.. high school. I was the runt... 5'2" when I graduated. I was known as Muchkin, Kevin Arnold and Doogie Howser. I still had fun, people were always cool with me.
The only person from high school I still hang out with is Chuck Hayes. We usually go to Nashville and party when I'm in town, have a blast.
I'm looking forward to our 20 year reunion... gah, 20 years already? I know my 10 year was wicked fun. I went to the Smith County reunion instead of Gordonsville since I was only in Gordonsville for my senior year. Who knows, maybe I'll go to bo...Expand for more
th next time.
College
I didn't get to have a lot of fun in college since I was working 2 jobs to pay the tuition, but I'm glad I did it. I went to TTU for a year then went out to Tucson, AZ and the University of Arizona. I started out going for Mechanincal Engineering, but found out I actually liked working with computers more... and I was even pretty good at it.
Workplace
I have had some wild jobs. I worked in LaVilla pizza in Carthage for a long time, worked as tech support for AOL, and was briefly even a car hop at Sonic. I even wore the skates! Yeah, and I made better tips than the girls. Those working moms kept the murchmobile full of gas.
Now I have a great career. I'm a Senior Systems Architect for a technology company based in Europe. I usually work from home, but travel to some fun places when needed. The work's kinda geeky and stressful, but the rewards are worth it.
