Joni's Story
Since I graduated from High School, I attempted to get a College Degree starting at CCSF but could not let go of my desire to combine the arts and sports...I was hired to be a Corp De Ballet member of the Ice Capades and soon after met my first husband, got married in 1982, which led to a whole new life in the Mid West...Flint, MI. I began a career in martial arts and also enjoyed raising my children who are all in their early to late 20's. I left Michigan after 10 years and my former marriage, came back to the west coast and eventually found myself in Seattle, WA. I have been in Seattle since 1992. al here, I own and operate a martial arts school and am married to a wonderful man, Alan Sharrah. We will celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary in August. I earned my Real Estate license in 2007 and enjoy a career in business that allows me to help people achieve their life-long goals. I love to spend time with my family and enjoy traveling with my husband. Coaching youngsters to be the best they can be to secure a great future for themselves has also been very gratifying. I am proud of our 4 sons and their commitment toward living their lives fully and honestly. It's been 31 years since high school graduation and I feel blessed to say that I still feel youthful, engergetic, and gutsy!
