Jose's Story
School
As the Grateful Dead said one time, what a long strange trip it's been. I was supposed to walk in '94, but because of taking the TAAS class over and over again, I had to fulfill some elective credits the next year. I got all the credits I needed, but again I failed the math portion of the TAAS exam. So, I left La Marque High School in 1995 and moved on.

inland in 1995 as an English Major. Then, I changed majors to journalism and found that I enjoyed it. I stuck with that and decided to transfer to the University of St. Thomas in 1999. It was there that I completed the broadcast portion of my major and graduated in the spring of 2003 with a BA in communications.
Workplace
I was an intern at Cox Radio Houston from June of 2002 until October of 2002.
