Joseph's Story
Life
After graduation I attended Missouri School of Mines at Rolla, Mo. and University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Ark. while during the summers I worked for the Missouri Highway dept. and also attending Joplin Jr. College to pick up additional credits. I joined the Navy Aviation Program in Sept. 1958 and recieved my Navy Wings July 1960. Kansas City, Mo. to start a 34 Year aviation career flying mostly International flights. my flight time at retirement was 29,750 hours with 56 trips completely around the world and 1423 round trip crossings of the North Atlantic Ocean. My retirement took effect on my 60th birthday of Feb 19, 1999.
I live in Ft Lauderdale, Fla. near the Beach & on the Intercostal Waterway.
I still enjoy Golf, Tennis, and Boating. I have recently entered into a physical fitness program to try to get into good shape.
