Joseph's Story
Life
As for life I got divorced in the beginning of 2007. I have had full custody of my daughter since she was 2 years old. I have a girlfriend and we may end up living together- I'm not looking to get married again (it may happen I'm not looking for it).
I enjoy living in the free state of Texas and having a Concealed Handgun License. I have a right to defend myself and my property. Unlike Maryland I carry when I am not working and have had to use my Glock 21 for self defense. Texas is a shall issue state.
Workplace
I am a Nursing Home Administrator in the great state of Texas. I was let go on December 02, 2010- was with the same company over 3 years and 10 months. I am currently doing interim work as an Administrator for a company I fell into the job 18 days after I was let go by the previous employer. Back to me:
I changed Glocks and upgraded to a Glock 21 Slim Frame and it has all the goodies with it- had to take off the straem light flashlight/strobelight because there are no decent holsters available that can conceal it. Even though I am not the biggest fan of snubbies I picked up a snub nose Taurus .38 in stainless steel- I was advised to bring a few more toys to where I am working, so I picked up my Taurus and picked up a Siaga 12 Ga it can get hairy here. I'm sending my LAR MK I Grizzly in .45 Win Mag out to be have a muzzle break and to be refinished. I may end up carrying that loaded with frangible bullets jury is out on the load. If a person only wants 1 gun for home defense I would say a Taurus Judge- The Public Defender Model is compact and will take a 2.5 inch .410 shell or .45 long colt.
