Joy's Story
Well, it's officially summer (in Florida, that means "hurricane season"). My daughter is now a senior at Tipp City so I now feel VERY old!!!
Update on Mom is that she is now home and doing many things on her own. She still doesn't have complete use of her right hand but it gets better every day (two fingers now move for her...the doctors said it would be at least a year before she had any movement!!!) Mom has in home therapy a few days a week and also has LOADS of friends keeping her busy. We are back to talking lots like we used to...Expand for more

Other than that, things are thankfully extremely busy at work as my honey lost his job back in June 08 (he still has not found anything het...I really hate the economy right now!). We are doing well so far and he's still hinting at taking a night manager job at Hooters! LOL!
Hope all is well with everyone - so glad to hear about the plans for the 30th - I know this will be an amazing event! Can't wait to see everyone - especially those who couldn't make it last time that I really want to see again!
