Joy's Story
My Life
I live in Elk City with my husband, Mark, who I have been married to for 14 years. I have 2 boys: Spencer 16 and Carter 13. Spencer is a golfer and Carter plays on the Jr. High Football team as a tackle. I was in school pursuing a Radiology degree for while, but wasn't able to finish due to a back injury sustained while I was completing clinicals and some other unfortunate circumstances. at home and I became burned out by the bar scene, so I quit to become a stay at home mom. I have a great life and wouldn't change a thing!! I believe that Life is Journey NOT a destination.
In the spare time that I have after spending time with the family some of my hobbies are: reading a good book, surfing the internet, watching a movie, playing an occasional video game, writing my thoughts or poetry, playing fetch with my dog, Zoey, and participating in at least one production a season at The Red Carpet Community Theater.
