Joy's Story
Life
Life took a drastic change for me in 2002. On Easter Day I was in a car accident that claimed the life of my mom. Something I would never wish upon my worst enemy. There were silver linings to the tragedy though. It solidified my relationship with my now husband, brought my dad and I closer together and taught me never to take loved ones for granted. College
After a couple of years at the JC, still not knowing what I wanted to be when I grew up, I decided to go to Empire Business College in Santa Rosa. I earned an associates degree in accounting, only to find that it's not what I wanted to do. Although I am happy to have the piece of paper and know that I have something solid to fall back on should I ever need it.
Workplace
I've worked at Fair Isaac Corporation (commonly known for FICO credit scores) for nearly 5 years in San Rafael as an executive assistant.
