I was born in Kingston ON. I graduated from Rivers Collegiate Institute in Rivers Manitoba in June 1965. I received my Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in May 2005. I definitley qualify as a late bloomer !!!".

My Dad joined the Army in 1941 at the age of 21 to serve his country during WWII. He served with the Brockville Rifles as a member of The Royal Canadian Army Service Corps. He did not see action overseas as he was diagnosed
