Joy's Story
After graduation from Wasson, I attended Colorado Women's College in Denver. I spent my junior year abroad studying in Geneva, and graduated with a double major in French and Political Science. My plans to go to law school were set aside when I married a zoomie and started the life of an Air Force wife. That marriage lasted 5 very long years! I married the love of my life on April 30, 1994. My husband, Charlie Brown, owns Charlie Brown's Goodtime Travel in Colorado Springs. We love to travel and have been fortunate to take some really great trips. Both of my parents are now gone, but I spend a lot of time with my sister, Karen (Wasson, Class '71). Charlie and I have 5 kitties who keep us very busy, as well.
I am looking forward to reconnecting with friends at the 40th reunion!
