More about Joyce:"Hi there! My name is Joyce Edwards and I live in a suburb of Chicago. I am an Acupuncturist and Ultrasound technologist by trade but have always wanted to make more income. urn everyone was looking to cut back and my position was terminated since they found techs to work by the hour instead of paying per patient. My income was close to six figures and it went down to zero figures overnight.
Unfortunately, my acupuncture practice was not able to substain me, in fact I was using income from scanning to keep my practice open.
So after draining my Sep account, filing for bankrupty, and going through a major depression, I decided that I had to take ACTION!
But before I could start my action plan, I developed some health problems. Eventhough I have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years, I got caught up in the maze of bad decisions when I was trying to regain my health. Making decisions about your healthcare can be daunting for anyone. What I have come to realize is that we all have to become our own advocates in the way that we approach our individual health.
