Joyce Johnson's Story
As I reflect on each experiences, friendships, teachers, smiles and tears, I am thankful as well as blessed. Many classmates are no longer here (alive), but they are alive in my heart and memories forever.
Many of my classmates do not know how much they influenced my life and some of the choices. Kind words and smiles really do last a lifetime, at least for me they have. I thank you, and soon to say thank you face-to-face.
Over the years, I have been a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, business executive, teacher, mentor, and...Expand for more
now business owner. Being slightly partial, our generation really did receive a strong education, an education that taught each of us to work hard, have integrity, self-respect, stand up for your beliefs, to strive to be the best in all you did; even more, be proud and successful in accomplishment. Yes, we made good and bad choices but taught get up and not whine about the choice just try not to repeat them.
At the wonderful age of "no return", I am enjoying doing for others through Hearts of Color, Inc, being me, and living dreams.
