Joyce's Story

Hello, as you know my name is Joyce. I not going to tell you my age but I graduated in 1976.... I have two children, a son Danny, who is 38 yrs and a daughter who is 24yrs. I also have 6 wonderful grandson's, Daniel, Lawrence, Nathan, Julian, Tristan and Arien. I would love to have a grand-daughter but my son says that probably won't happen from him. teenager. God has really blessed me and my family in so many ways. I am a two time Breast cancer survivor. My last bout was last summer. I have to be honest, the chemo really sucked but you got to do what you got to do. I am very fortunante that I made it through. Hopefully I will never have to travel down that road again...but if I do, I will stay strong and put up a good fight. I worked at Kern County Mental Health and have been there for 27 years. I really did love my job. I retired in December 2014.
