Its so delightful for us all to have an opportunity to say Hello Again! After graduation I went to Emory University in Atlanta with Pud Thrasher who was not only in my wedding but my sons also. She is still lovely and lives close by. (Graham-Eckes). Thereafter ensued a rather gypsy-like odyssey for many decades. Early on, I felt I needed identity, however humble, beyond what was expected of me as a wife of a West Point fighter-pilot, war hero & commander's wife. If was "pre-women's lib" so I quietly created my own life wherever I was in addition to fulfilling the duties expected of me. One highlight was living in Europe where my son was born.....there a wee antique business was launched which was great fun...then a weathercaster in the Panhandle of Texas where I was the wife of he commanding officer so that was soon terminated...still, it was all fun.
