Judi's Story
Who is this mystery person, whose name you don't recognize, that is contacting you about your elementary school years?
Well, if you are not from St. Frances de Chantal School in Throggs Neck, Class of '77, then here's the scoop.
I work the the Archdiocese of New York, and for St. Frances de Chantal Parish School and Immaculate Conception Parish School in Tuckahoe, NY. Through the Archdiocese's Office of Educational Development, I assist elementary schools from Staten Island to Sullivan County with alumni outreach, producing alumni newsletters, special events, annual giving campaigns and other development efforts.
As "grown ups" in these days when things are not as simple as they were when we were in school, it's always a pleasure to step back and recall those care-free times; friends, teachers, holidays and celebrations, candy stores, baseball and the many happy times spent back then. We can relive them, especially if we connect with our former classmates.
