Judi's Story
Life
After graduation I worked at Hardee's and gave birth to my first child Dustin born in Jan. '88. I then moved to San Antonio, Tx with my dad where I met my first husband. We were married 2 years when Camille was born in June '93. We then moved to New Braunsfels, Tx. to open our own restaurant which was flooded 2 years in a row. We moved to Shreveport/Bossier City, Louisiana shortly thereafter. I went to work for a local Casino and we soon divorced. I was promoted to Restaurant Manager for the Casino which I worked for 5 years, after which I was layed off when the Casino was bought out. I started tending bar at a small watering hole where I worked for a year. I then met my current husband in June '06 who swept me off my feet, proving that there was one good man available and right for me! I now travel the country with him in a 18 wheeler and enjoy seeing the world thru a windshield. Ok, we do get out to stop and see some interesting points and beautiful views along the way!

When I moved to Texas I worked for Burger King, as a cashier, and then a local favorite "Taco Cabana", agian a cashier. I graduated from a Beauty School in San Antonio and cut hair for a year 'till Camille was born then I worked for a Nail Salon. My first husband and I bought a restaurant and we where "Owner/Operaters" doing all the hiring and training, cooking, cleaning,waiting tables,etc. We also created our own menu's and decor for the restaurant not to mention all the training, perchase ordering,etc. After we closed the doors due to lack of business because the local lake had flooded I went to work for Silverleaf Resorts as a Data Entry Clerk for thier sales department.
When we moved to Shreveport/Bossier City {similar to T.H./W.T.H. just a little bigger} I worked for another local favorite "El Chico's" Mexican Restaurant waiting tables(2yrs), then on to the Hollywood Casino, where I started out waiting tables(1 1/2yrs). I was promoted to a Trainig Server(1 1/2yrs) and then to a Shift Manager(1 1/2yrs) untill it was bought out by a bigger casino company.
I had been bartending for a year when I met my new husband and now I travel the U.S.
