Judith's Story
After High School, I achieved my dream to become an RN, met my wonderful husband Darrell, and we married shortly after I graduated from Wayne State in '74. We moved to Ann Arbor where I worked at University of Michigan in Cardiology for years, and, related to my strong interest in fitness/running, I helped start the Cardiac Rehabilitation program there. In '99, I left UM for a great job at the VA (across the street), but after many vacation trips to Colorado, we felt a strong pull to move there, and in 2005 bought a log home in the mountains near Denver where we now reside with our 4 cats.
I am still an avid runner, XC skier, and cyclist, and work in Cardiology at the Denver VA.
