Judy's Story
Judy is from Genesee, Alberta, graduated from Warburg High School 1965. Judy married with Ralph Weir 1969 in Kealakekua, Hawaii. Judy attended Kapiolani Community College in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 1983, Judy received her paramedic certification at The Northern Alberta Inst. of Technology. Worked as a paramedic and dispatcher from 1976 at the Emergency Response Department, Edmonton, Alberta and retired in 2008.

During retirement, Judy volunteers at Wild North, the Northern Alberta Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation organization. She transports injured wildlife to the Wild North hospital and is a Helpline volunteer, taking calls from the public who report wildlife in trouble.
Judy is also a watercolour artist.
