Judy is from Marshfield, Missouri. She is married to Donald Flacke. Her school is Marshfield High School. She lgraduated from Burge School of Nursing (1963), Drury University 1964 (BS in Nursing). Proir to retirement in 2007 she worked at BJC Home Care Services for 26 years. Earlier employment was at Forest Park Community College, Jewish Hospital, St Louis City Hospital, & Bethesda Hospital in St Louis. Kansas City General Hospit and Trinity Lutheran Hospital in KC. Burge Hospital for 6 years after graduation in Springfield.
