Judy's Story

Judy is from Maryville, Tennessee. Judy is married. Judy's schools include Lake Worth High School. Judy later attended Florida State University (School of Nursing). Judy works(ed) at Work From Home, East Tennessee Medical Group, Retired. Movies Judy likes include Frozen. TV shows Judy likes include Ellen DeGeneres, Dancing with the Stars, Criminal Minds. One of Judy's favorite quotes is:"I can't think of any right at the moment.". More about Judy:"I hate to cook. I dislike housework, so I pay someone to do it for me. I could eat out every meal if we could afford it. I would really like to loose about 50 lbs. I hate that I'm diabetic, but it was in my genes, I guess. I'm basically lazy.". I have been on some great trips, because my husband, Norm Goodson was VPof manufacturing for Master Craft Boat Companies. We got to go to the World's Water Ski Championships in London for 10 days, because Master Craft was the pull boat. After I graduated from college I went on a three week tour of Scandinavia and Paris. in Yellowstone for 3 days right after Christmas one year. Both of our teenage daughters loved this one, although they didn't want to go at first. My most exciting trip was a 3 week trip to Africa on Safari. It was unbelievable! In Feb. 2016, my husband and I went to visit a friend who now lives in Panama. I broke my ankle in two places getting into a dugout canoe and had to cut our trip in half to fly back to the States for surgery. We live on a 27 acre farm, where we used to raise horses, but now we mostly rent out the pasture to others. I am still married to the same man for 48 years. We have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren. Our summers are taken up every year entertaining our kids and their families. Our oldest daughter, Laura, married Brian Fowler, who, along with his brother Mark, owns and runs Fowler's Sheet Metal on Georgia Ave. in WPB. They have one son. Kim, our youngest daughter, owns her own accounting business. She is married and has three children. In August 2016, Norm and I are planning to go on an Alaskan cruise.

It’s orchid blooming time at our house. They make me happy.
