Life
Haven't we all changed for the better since high school? I know I have, but it has been a hard road because I am totally diasbled. I am determined to make the best of my situation. Still married (33 yrs) to Mikey ( like in the cereal commercial). My son Jon is 30 and happily married, and my daughter Maggie is still single is smart as a whip is making the big buck. We have1 grand dog and 3 grand kittys for now. Was a librarian till illness got me, but it ils my dream that I WILL drive my car (1967 SS396++ Chevelle down a dragstrip. Bobby Mankus!). Trying all kinds of alternative methods and relaxastions techniques and finding them quite enjoyable. No more writing advocacy letters for me. I did that and lobbyed on "THE Hill" in DC for extra $$ for health. We are no further along than we were then. And I can't cllect SSD. But I am blissfully happy with my frelance writing and my car and my hubby who is retired and my traveling and my computer and the friend s I have made on it. Would love to corresponnd with any old classmates--Looking for Mayanne Arachy, who graduated the year befor us.
