Life I have done a little traveling since high school, not as much as I would have liked but life has funny way of changing your plans. I have worked since graduation in many different fields and companies. The finance world, healthcare, internet and culinary fields. Most recently was for an Internet company---it was great until the layoff soon after 9/11. The good news is I r started working for a mortgage company in 2003--doing what I enjoy as Administrative Assistant for the facilities/travel/technology department. In 2006 I was promoted to Business Technology Analyst. Sounds impressive, and I really enjoy what I do now. I still do a lot of the Admin work but I am also responsible for technology related issues and inventory, the setup and termination of associates and integrating new technology into the processes of Desktop Support. The mortgage company closed as of 12/31/08, my boss and I turned out the lights and left.
