I was widowed in December 2004 after my husband's 20 month fight with stage 4 prostate cancer. I am pretty adamant about friends getting tested. No excuses. My husband was misdiagnosed for over 3 years and didn't advocate for himself. Jennifer will graduate from Northwood University in Texas in 2009. Kassie and Jim will graduate from high school at the same time. My stepson Kevin, who graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago with a degree in Fine Arts is relocating from New York to Chicago which is much less expensive and much more livable. I have been in the job market for over a year now. Getting by with some freelance writing and some days that just doesn't cut it. But it's a good release.
