Julie's Story
Life
After graduating from SIUC in 1992 with my bachelor degree, I moved to Jacksonville to work at MacMurray College as an Admission Counselor. In 1995, I moved to Springfield and worked for the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. In 2000, I married Mark Clark (also class of '88 from Chatham), and decided to work a more traditional 9-5 job. s weren't being met and found a new "home" with the Illinois Bankers Association in 2002. In 2004, I (finally!) earned my Master of Arts degree - it only took eight years!!! On January 16, 2007, our daughter, Marlie Marie, was born and life just gets better each day! Now, I am working with a couple former classmates, Jenifer (Higginbotham) Johnson and my dearest girlfriend, Nora (Ferguson) Foster, on planning our upcoming 20 (wow!) Year Reunion in Las Vegas!!! Yeah, baby!!!
