Julie's Story
Life is pulling together nicely after several tough years. (In a span of 13 months, I lost my husband, my favorite sister, a sister-in-law, and my lifelong friend--and your classmate--Sally Anderson.) So I'm learning to be single and solo after a long time as a couple...it's pretty weird!

anticipate the two months off in the summer!
I enjoy visiting our classmate, Tina Fernanadez, and my brother, Jeff in the Dallas area once a year. I usually make it back to El Paso once a year to spend time with my niece and her family--my only relative left in El Paso. I keep in yearly contact with Barbara Hardie, too.
I'm picking up some new hobbies and interests including beading, creating things from gourds, and I continue to work on house projects. I'm good with tools--what can I say?? I love to be out on the water and have discovered kayaking--but only when the weather is nice! I know travel is in my future...
Hope you are well and happy!
