Julie's Story
After I graduated from high school, I attended NMSU where I received a BBA in Business Computer systems. I spent the next 18 years working in the Dallas area for Ericsson. During that time, I returned to school at the University of Texas at Dallas and received my MBA in Organizational Development.
I got married in 1993, and had 2 beautiful sons. Daniel was born in 1995, and Andrew was born in 1998. They have been the light of my world ever since. In 2002, during the telecom bust, I was laid off from Ericsson. I returned to school, and in 2005, received an MS in Library Science from the University of North Texas.

I worked at the library at SMU for about a year and a half while I was finishing my library science degree. After that, I found a job as a business operations analyst for the City of Garland, just northeast of Dallas. I have been there for 2.5 years now. It is an interesting job, and I enjoy it.
My life now consists of all the activities that go along with 12 and 14 year old boys - scouts, soccer, track, choir.... I wouldn't miss a minute of it. We are also active in our church. I am owned by 3 cats and a crazy basset hound. I have many dear friends, both old and new. I keep in touch with a couple people from the class of 1980.
My parents are well, and are living in Georgetown, Texas. My sister Laura lives in Austin, Texas.
