Life
Many of my former classmates remember me as that girl who never talked. I was a troubled little miss, and wasted a lot of time hiding from, um...everything. Life sort of kicked me out of that role, and after living through most of the things I was afraid of, I have concluded there is absolutely nothing worth hiding from. These days, I'm that girl who talks too much and throws herself headlong into everything.
I live in a little town south of Phoenix with my husband, Josh (we were married in January of 04), and my two children, Amanda (10) and Christopher (9). This is obviously not the same husband I met and scandalously eloped with a few months after graduatio...Expand for more

Josh and I met at work and "dated" for years--we got to know each other on long rides to work and hours spent in McDonald's playland, holding hands under the table while the kids were distracted. He's a little shy by nature, and I had to chase him, but it was worth it--he's kind of a big goofball, but I like having him around. He was the only guy I met after my divorce who didn't get that glazed-over look when I talked ENDLESSLY about my kids.
My current obsessions include my kids (always); Bikram yoga (very addictive); and natural, organic, local foods (don't get me started).
