Kara's Story
Well . . . I'm probably not the person people think I am. I love solitude. The best moments of my life have been spent in the mountains with my dogs and horses. Surprisingly, I have a large circle of close friends as an adult, but they've all learned to accept the fact, I'm best one-on-one! I'd probably never go to town if it wasn't for my friends! Most people, come and visit me at home!
I love studying history and I love to scrapbook. I'm very big on memories and think about many of you often . . .
MISSOURI BUNCH - These were such special times. My first crush (Greg Kahler), my first kiss (Perry Huff), my first love (Pepper Messer), my best friend forever (Tina Hutchison Barbour), girlscouts, 4H, running track with many of you, hours spent having fun on my family's farm. After my family moved away to Wyoming in 1988, I felt very "robbed" that I did not graduate with you guys after spending 8 years in school together.

Let's just say, you haven't seen me at my best! After my parents divorce I chose to remain in Pinedale with my Dad. My first two years of high school were spent partying! I have many great memories that are a bit "foggy!" (Robert, David, Dean, Jerry, and Misti . . . party on!) I pretty much "burned all my bridges" in these first two years. My Senior year, I was engaged to Rob Taylor and spent most of my time waiting tables at the Patio Grill! I really didn't spend a lot of time enjoying high school. I did learn to work hard, save money, and rely on myself.
COLORADO BUNCH - I spent my Junior Year in Colorado with my Mom and sisters. My time in Craig was short lived, but memorable.
These days, I mostly just work hard. I manage an excavation business, run 240 cows, and am a mother of two. For fun, I ride horses in the mountains, play hockey with my son (#1 hockey mom), and enjoy some wonderful women that I am honored to call my friends.
