Karen's Story

Graduated medical school in 1974. Finished a fellowship in psychiatry at Cleveland Clinic in 1978. Worked at MetroHealth Medical Center from 1978 to 2010. Retired from Metro and have been in private practice in Brunswick from 2010 until now. Married Frank Kish in 1978. Son Justin Kish born 1981. Owned horses since 1977. "farmette" in Brunswick Hills, OH. Obtained 2nd-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do in the '90s and made it to red and black belt in hapkido in the '90s. Graduated from Springs of Life Bible College and Seminary 2011 with M. Div. Now serve as the visitation minister for the United Church of Christ in Medina preaching, teaching Sunday School, and making home visits to shut-ins.
