Karen's Story
I reconnected with my first boyfriend from high school in 2015 and married him in November of 2016. Together we have 3 daughters, 2 sons and 6 grandchildren. In 2017 I was diagnosed with Stage 0 non-invasive breast cancer and without telling anyone why I had most of my breasts removed. be over. We then made the decision to move and be near a great cancer center in Florida. I'm very thankful we made that decision as in 2018 I was told that it was back and so close to Stage 1 that it might as well be stage 1, Since then we have gone through a lot of medical ups and downs but I am very thankful to have reconnected with the person who has stuck by me and helped me through it all.
