....we drove by my old house....just before we got married.....it was a sad...sad...sight...the cherry trees were weary....and the grass was shrinking back...like an older man's hairline.....the old fire alarm was still standing tall on the corner there....funny how things do stay the same....i remember my 8th grade bff...i dared her to lick the frost on that fire alarm...and she did...her tongue stuck right to it....and the bus was coming down the street!...funny as hell...she got it off though...and i got a swift hit in the arm...LOL!....good memories... ... let's fast forward.... ....buses still come up the road....a different road...to pick up my beloved monkeys...1-7...and i keep number 8 at home and close to me...she is sweet...the one child i asked for 16 years ago...from Albertson...back then...he promised...if he could give me children...when it was time...he would...and the promise was finally fullfilled....she's so precious and she completes our huge family...... ....now...
