Karen's Story

Hi, I'm Karen Fischer-Vogelsberg, and I graduated from Little Flower Grade School in 1972. I went to Lourdes High School in Chicago for one year, and then my family moved to the Northwest Suburbs where I graduated from high school. I then attended Chicago College of Commerce to study Court Reporting. During that time I met my husband Joe, whom I have been married to for almost 32 years. Our daughter attended North Park University in Chicago, is a Spanish teacher at a private school out on Long Island, NY, and our son will graduate from De Vry University in June and plans to be an IT Administrator. I have been a part-time legal assistant/paralegal for the last 30 years and have enjoyed my career immensely. It would be nice to connect with some other alumni that went to Little Flower and learn their stories, too.
