Karen's Story
Karen is from Metairie, Louisiana. Karen's schools include Grace King High School, President of FBLA, Secretary of FBLA, member of Teenage Republicans. I went to John Quincy Adams Middle School where I was on the dance team. I started going to Jimmy's and Jed's the summer before my senior year and saw a lot of GREAT bands. During that year I saw the B52's, the Clash, the Ramones, Iggy Pop, the Pretenders, the Go Go's, Police, Flock of Sea Gulls, Joan Jet, Black Flagg, local bands, the Models!!!!, Stephie and the White Sox...many, many more. . Went into the Air Force in 1986 and was honorably discharged in 1994. Karen worked at Department Of Veteran Affairs Medical Center and retired after 22 years of Federal Service in 2015. I'm living in Conway, Arkansas. I have 4 grown children and three grandchildren. I've been married to my best friend for 30 years. I'm now active in The Daughter's of the American Revolution DAR and am Secretary to Cadron Post Chapter
I also volunteer at the VA in NLR. AR Have had the honor of being blessed to attend First Pentecostal Church in NLR,AR for 32 years.
