Karen's Story
Life
My life is fulfilling and I am very happy and busy! I'm married 25 years this October '07 to a wonderful man who I met while at Northeastern University. He was from NYC, so we moved to Westchester County, NY and have been here since. We have two wonderful children, our son, Devin is 20 and daughter, Shannon is 16. We have two dogs, Tipsy, a Springer Spaniel and Sandie, a Yorkie & Schnauzer mix. I am a School Social Worker in the High School that my children attend(ed). I love my job and being a social worker! am still in touch with a few friends from BHS and even East Providence, where I lived before I moved to Bourne.
I still love the beach and go to Florida to visit my mother and go to the beach at least once a winter. In the summer, my mom now lives in Plymouth and I go there a lot. I rent a house in Plymouth every summer and stay 2 to 3 weeks!
My hobbies are reading and taking photos. It was great to see some of my BHS classmates this summer at the 30 year reunion! Hopefully we'll plan a mini get together each summer, as we discussed at the reunion, and I'll get to see even more of you!!!
